Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor for our Customer Engineering Services team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer engineering services team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on team performance and customer feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.5-10 years of experience in customer engineering or technical support roles.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and technical troubleshooting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Skills Required
