Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor for our Customer Engineering Services team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer engineering services team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on team performance and customer feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in customer engineering or technical support roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and technical troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
