Job descriptionMinimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Polyethylene Foam industry. Strong understanding of Polyethylene Foam products, applications, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Competitive salary and commission structure. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson with a strong background in Polyethylene (PE) Foam to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales in the PE Foam industry, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Polyethylene Foam market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Collaborate with the product development team to address customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote company products.
