Role Purpose : Lead and manage a sales team focused on compost product sales, ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets. Drive growth initiatives, expand market share, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities : Lead sales operations and oversee day-to-day activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring pricing strategies remain competitive. Support business expansion by identifying new geographic areas and customer segments. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop the sales team. Monitor performance, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met. Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Finance, Farm Management) to ensure smooth operations. Key Accountabilities : Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and forecasts. Recommend enhancements to sales policies, processes, and practices. Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and effective use of sales tools (e.g., OPTSAL). Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company regulations. Qualifications : 6–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Background in agriculture, sustainability, or environmental products is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
