Senior Design Manager (Infrastructure) – AtkinsRéalis. AtkinsRéalis are looking for a Senior Design (Technical) Manager - Infrastructure with PMC and Contractor background for a mega project in Riyadh, KSA. As a senior member of the team, you will provide support to direct reports, foster teamwork within the region and AtkinsRéalis, provide technical inputs to project teams and ensure that the client’s objectives are delivered. You are expected to conduct yourself in line with the core values of the business. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc. 15+ years post-qualification experience in project management & delivery. Demonstrated track record of infrastructure and buildings project delivery within KSA. Experience with Tier 1 PMC companies as well as large contractors. Significant experience supervising the construction of complex projects (infrastructure) similar in size and nature to our project. Responsibilities

Ensure the successful delivery of the project in terms of progress, quality and cost budgetary constraints. Review and approval of technical documents submitted by the Developer to the Client to ensure compliance with project specifications. Monitor that project deliverables meet agreed standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements at each stage. Monitor overall project stakeholder relationships and adjust engagement strategies. Develop and establish policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule; monitor project tasks to complete the project on schedule. Identify and document actions and milestones to produce project deliverables. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, managing, expending, and controlling project costs. Identify issues affecting the project and manage them through to resolution. Develop a robust change control system with a project baseline and approval / monitoring of proposed changes to the scope. Develop a detailed specification based on design guidelines provided to the developer. Skills And Attributes

Coordinate inputs of project stakeholders and appointed contractor to ensure successful delivery. Assess and resolve site planning and coordination issues. Apply quality management principles and processes. Apply risk assessment and management principles and processes. Network effectively, negotiate, influence stakeholders, and broker relationships.
