Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced F&B Manager to lead the operations of our multiple restaurants at The Groves and oversee food & beverage services during high-profile events. This role requires hands-on leadership across FOH and BOH teams, inventory oversight, guest relations, and dining coordination. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English, has worked in Saudi or GCC markets, and is proficient in systems such as Oracle Simphony. You will work closely with chefs, marketing, FOH & BOH and events teams to ensure seamless service, quality standards, and memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the F&B department aligned with company goals.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets and event-related F&B services.
• Ensure coordination between FOH and BOH teams, maintain service, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with head chefs to create innovative, cost-effective menus.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and HACCP / ISO requirements.
• Manage reservations, vendor coordination, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Lead team recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Resolve guest complaints and team challenges with professionalism.
• Support pre-opening tasks such as logistics, menu setup, and system onboarding.
• Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, events, and marketing departments.
