Retail Operations - General Opening

Key responsibilities :

• Ensure smooth operations of the retail stores
• Supervise and train retail staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Create and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile sales
• Assist with ordering and receiving of merchandise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements :

Prior experience in retail operations, strong leadership and communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
