Promote and Sell Products : Effectively promote, detail, and sell the company’s pharmaceutical / medical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. Product Knowledge : Maintain strong understanding of the company’s products, competitors, therapeutic areas, and relevant medical knowledge. Territory Management : Plan, organise, and execute visits to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory to maximise sales and coverage. Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and distributors. Sales Targets : Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives and market share targets. Market Intelligence : Gather competitor information, market trends, and customer insights to support strategic planning. Reporting : Submit accurate and timely reports (call reports, sales data, expenses, and activity plans). Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory, ethical, and company guidelines in all promotional and sales activities. Continuous Learning : Participate in training, conferences, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills. Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Experience : Previous experience as a Medical Representative at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales sector and preferably has a good network with Gynaecologist specialty. Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Attributes : Self-motivated, result-oriented, and resilient under pressure. Other Requirements : Valid driving license.
