Role Overview
The Partnership Operations Manager will play a key role within the partnerships team focusing on development of the guest experience strategy and supporting with operational tasks related to partnership asset delivery. The role requires proven administration skills and experience in partnerships or events supporting the Partnership Director in the implementation of processes across the team.

Guest Experience – Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and planning of the guest experience for P54 clients and partners
- Lead all aspects of the partner guest experience, including working with the guest services team to deliver partner guest invitations and follow-up communications, managing partner guest lists, generating RSVP reports
- Drive innovative, forward-thinking guest management concepts to improve guest experience and maximise commercial opportunities for 54
- Budget management across all guest management-related areas within Partnerships
- Produce detailed proposals for events, including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets
- Support with the delivery of the Aramco guest management program at Aramco Team Series events
- Conceptualise unique partner gifting ideas within the event budget; source and contract reliable suppliers; manage shipping, packaging, distribution, and tracking of gifts
- Propose, arrange, and confirm all partner accommodation requirements across events; coordinate with the Guest Services team; manage room inventory and on-site considerations
- Coordinate partner accommodation needs and logistics with relevant teams
