Overview
General Manager of Events is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of the client’s corporate and public events, as well as marketing campaigns. This role oversees the end-to-end event lifecycle—from concept to delivery—ensuring alignment with the organization’s brand, objectives, and standards of excellence. The position provides leadership to the events team, manages vendor and stakeholder relationships, and ensures operational efficiency, creativity, and measurable impact of all events.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in event management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven track record of successfully managing large-scale, high-profile eventsExperience in managing high budget governmental eventsStrong financial acumen with experience in budget managementAbility to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in the planning and execution of events and marketing campaigns on a national scaleJob Details
