The successful candidate will lead our recruitment function, developing and executing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top‑tier talent that will drive the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive recruitment strategies and processes to support the organisation's hiring needs.
• Oversee the entire end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct headhunting, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for senior and critical roles, ensuring a high standard of selection.
• Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness) to identify areas for improvement and report on progress to senior management.
• Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with local labour laws and company policies.
• Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to ensure our talent acquisition strategy remains competitive.
