- WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Develop and implement the annual Safety Training Plan based on site Risk Assessment and Skills Gap Analysis; conduct training sessions for all staff and contractors accordingly. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of national safety laws and regulations (Saudi Building Code, MODON Safety Regulations, Saudi Civil Defense Regulations) and Unilever’s environmental policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure local practices align with these requirements by revising systems when necessary. Lead site Safety Risk Assessments and Risk Predictions (location and task-based).
- Experiences & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in SHE and sound knowledge of Saudi local laws.

- Problem solving skills Incident Investigation skills : Whatever their role, always looks for better ways to serve consumers. Invests time inside and outside to understand the needs of consumers.
