Job Summary :

The Quality & Regulation Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organization’s operations, processes, and products comply with all applicable regulatory, legal, and internal quality standards. The role involves overseeing compliance frameworks, monitoring control systems, identifying risks of non-compliance, and implementing corrective actions. The manager will also act as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders to uphold the organization’s commitment to integrity, quality, and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance and quality management systems aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• 8–12 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality management, with managerial responsibilities.
• Monitor and oversee internal control systems to detect, prevent, and address violations of legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review and update policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
• Lead investigations of compliance issues, non-conformities, or breaches, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and submit compliance and quality reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, inspections, and certifications.
• Train and mentor employees on compliance policies, regulatory updates, and ethical practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, risk, HR, IT) to strengthen the compliance culture.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, advising leadership on potential impacts.
