Senior Sales Engineer F / M

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the RLC business by working closely with dealers and contractors.

Build and enhance relationships between Carrier and key partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

Identify and secure new projects to increase Carrier’s Share of Sales (SoS) in the RLC segment.

Achieve assigned booking, sales, and gross margin targets through proactive account management and business development.

Provide technical guidance and solutions for projects, leveraging mechanical engineering expertise.

Performance Indicators

Complete required training courses on a quarterly basis.

Adhere strictly to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements.

Contribute actively to the ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) process when needed.

Fully comply with Carrier’s Code of Ethics.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience in multinational HVAC companies.

Extroverted, confident, and relationship‑oriented, able to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.
