Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for Electrification Market in Europe to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market presence and increase revenue across European countries through partnering with global technology providers based on license or JV Agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the electrical sector across Europe. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product teams to propose innovative solutions that meet specific client and market requirements. Identify, evaluate, and support potential mergers and acquisitions (M&As) to strengthen the company’s portfolio and market position in Europe. Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, production, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Represent the company at European industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic alliances. Monitor key performance indicators, gather market feedback, and adjust business development strategies proactively to maximize growth potential. Study market trends, performance indicators, and competitor activities to proactively adjust business development plans. Qualifications
Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Electrification Field – Preferably with Business Development background in the same Industry Presentation Skills, Power Point Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Strong Technical & Commercial Knowledge B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
