Oversee scope management, constructability reviews, and contract alignment to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct audits of the design at various stages and obtain approvals and non‑objections from stakeholders ahead of stage gates.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing strategies to address roadblocks and maintain project momentum.
Motivate and inspire a high‑performance culture through clear direction, continuous feedback, and recognition of exceptional performance.
Support the procurement process by developing detailed scopes of work and facilitating market engagement with designers, contractors, and delivery partners.
Implement and maintain project management processes, tools, and best practices to ensure transparency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
