Global TA Partner @ Keeta by Meituan | ex-AWS, ex-Google

Responsibilities : Team Building & Management : Lead the premium supply expansion team for KSA food delivery CKA segment, establishing operational frameworks and daily management systems to enhance team capabilities. Deliver measurable results within deadlines while ensuring team KPIs are achieved. City Key Account Operations : Drive performance growth for multi-city regional key accounts through :

Scientific data analysis and market intelligence processing Development and execution of differentiated brand strategies Continuous optimization of supply expansion and operations solutions

Holistic Ecosystem Perspective : Apply systematic thinking to the F&B industry ecosystem; identify regional market opportunities / risks; rapidly diagnose frontline pain points (BD / merchant / user); coordinate with HQ to integrate resources and improve regional performance. Cross-cultural Organization Building : Establish talent development systems for international business roles; cultivate global-ready professionals. Organizational Knowledge Management : Document best practices and SOPs; develop end-to-end processes for overseas key account operations; create scalable templates for international business expansion.
