Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QA team responsible for quality assurance across multiple public sector portfolios (ministries, authorities, national centers).
Develop and implement quality control frameworks, audit mechanisms, and performance metrics to monitor service delivery and operational excellence.
Evaluate government programs, initiatives, and service delivery processes to ensure alignment with national standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including PMOs, Strategy, and Compliance teams to enhance end-to-end quality processes.
Conduct periodic quality audits, risk assessments, and root-cause analyses to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare comprehensive QA reports and present findings to senior leadership and oversight committees.
Ensure continuous improvement in service quality, documentation, and client satisfaction through proactive monitoring and training.
Support the digital transformation journey by introducing automation and smart QA tools within government operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, performance indicators, and compliance standards in Saudi government entities.
Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or TQM are a strong plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
