Overall Role Purpose Base Operation Agent For DHL Express, Your Role is to

Ensure all inbound shipments get scanned with appropriate scan before sorted to courier.

Ensure all shipments are handled as per the network standard. All shipments incidents get recorded through proper checkpoint in the system and action taken for each.

Ensure on time departure of all outbound trunkers. Ensuring that all inbound trunkers manifest are been retrieved from the driver and security seals are checked. Ensure all outbound trunkers leaves with ready manifest and security seal on doors. Ensure NMIV update for all movement.

Each shift need to action Emails and shift hand over must be in place.all unlabeled shipments to be logged in FSC application prior to sign off each shift, all DPA shipment should followed up with concern department in charge, all outbound shipment not ready to uplift need to communicate effectively with relevant to have them uplift in network, lastly proper DS process , providing DMR report, proper shipment packaging and correct checkpoint,

Your Tasks : Communications

Ensure all base ops mails query and escalation are actioned on time FSC and Damage shipments updated regularly with proper coordination with the team and end of shift hand over report with the Base Ops supervisor in charge.

Think systematically and logically to resolve problems by using different alternative with care keeping in mind previous experience or knowledge.

Major Challenges :

Meet the connection cut-off time of inbound and outbound material. Perform accurate scanning to create proper visibility in the system.

Your Profile : Technical Knowledge / Skills

Good English (written and spoken).

Good local and international geographical knowledge.

Computer literacy preferable.

Scanner usage and its functions.

Education : A High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience at least 2 years’ experience working as courier or base operation.

Physical Fitness : Ability to handle and lift packages of varying weights (up to 25 kg) and to be physically active for extended periods.

Customer-Focused : A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and a friendly, approachable personality.

Reliability & Punctuality : A strong sense of responsibility, with an excellent record of punctuality and attendance.

Team Player : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
