Projects and Operations Engineer- Riyadh- Saudi Arabia

The Projects and Operations Engineer supports the project and operations teams by coordinating activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors. This role plays a key part in tracking project progress and supporting day-to-day operations through effective planning and administrative support. The position offers flexibility in working hours and location as it's not mandatory to work always from the office. Project Coordination :

Assist in planning and scheduling project activities in coordination with project managers. Follow up on project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including proposals, project plans, and change requests. Draft progress reports, status updates, and operational summaries for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing presentations and documentation. Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or administrative roles. Preferred Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel trackers, Trello, etc.). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and follow-through.
