Assistant Manager - IT Asset Infrastructure Delivery

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of IT assets and infrastructure that support our innovative projects and services.

As a crucial member of our IT department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technological assets are effectively utilized and aligned with our overall strategic objectives. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our IT systems, helping to drive efficiencies and enhance the user experience throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of IT asset and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement asset management processes, tools, and workflows.
• Monitor asset inventory, utilization, and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Provide regular reports on asset status, compliance, and performance metrics to management.
• Support the development of IT asset policies and procedures to enhance governance and risk management.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely acquisition and support of IT assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT asset management.
