Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

to develop and implement a strategic plan for IT and digital transformation, aligning with the organization\'s direction.

Overview The role focuses on managing IT infrastructure, supporting enterprise systems, and driving IT service management initiatives to achieve quality objectives and continuous performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of the IT Department’s operational plan.

Design, test, update network processes, and maintain IT equipment and support systems.

Provide technical support to users and respond to inquiries within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.

Assist in onboarding new employees and provide training on IT systems and applications.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and associated services.

Manage Active Directory, including user account creation and Group Policy management.

Provide support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.

Participate in the implementation of IT Service Management projects.

Contribute to achieving quality objectives and continuous performance improvement.

Communicate stakeholder feedback to relevant departments.

Support the development, documentation, and dissemination of organizational knowledge.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in the field.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

CCNA

ITIL v4

CompTIA Security+

CompTIA Network+

CompTIA A+

Microsoft Certified : Windows Server

Additional relevant certifications and training are preferred.
