Qualifications

Must be a Saudi national

High School or Diploma holder

Minimum 2 years of experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or field sales support (preferably in FMCG).

Basic proficiency in English.

Familiarity with ERP or POS systems; basic Excel skills for daily reporting.

Work Location : Based in the respective region (e.g., Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, etc.), depending on the territory coverage.

Responsibilities

Collect payments (cash, cheques, or bank transfers) from customers according to agreed terms and schedules.

Reconcile collections with sales invoices and submit daily collection reports to the Sales Office and Finance Department.

Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer acknowledgments.

Follow up on overdue payments, coordinate with Sales Representatives to resolve disputes or discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies related to cash handling, deposit procedures, and documentation.

Support Sales Supervisors and Account Managers by providing regular updates on collection performance.

Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive relationship while maintaining payment discipline.
