As a Sales Executive at Fina, you will drive the acquisition of new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones, helping scale our product offering and market presence in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients via outbound calls, email outreach, and networking in the Riyadh market (and wider KSA region as needed).
- Conduct product / service presentations (virtually or in person), understand client needs, and build compelling value‑propositions.
- Support the sales process end‑to‑end : from lead qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, to closing deals and hand‑off to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of activity, pipeline and client interactions, generating regular reports for the sales manager.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to fine‑tune messaging, generate leads, and support campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
- Attend industry events, conferences or seminars (as applicable) to build network and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.0‑1 years of sales or business development experience (internships or part‑time experience acceptable).Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills.Self‑motivated, resilient, results‑oriented with ability to handle rejection and persist in a high‑energy environment.Comfortable working with CRM tools and willing to learn new sales systems / processes.Based or willing to relocate to Riyadh.Seniority Level
