Contact suppliers and scrap yards to source required spare parts. Negotiate prices and ensure timely order placement. Maintain supplier database and follow up on pending orders. Coordinate with workshop team to confirm required items. Keep records of purchases, invoices, and delivery notes. Respect timelines and ensure perfect quality in all tasks. Work towards meeting workshop targets by ensuring spare parts are always available on time. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business / Procurement / Automotive field. 2–3 years of experience in purchasing (preferably automotive). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of automotive spare parts is an advantage.
