The project :

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll be responsible for :

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.

Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.

Supervise the procurement team, coordinating with stakeholders and fostering collaboration.

Provide leadership, inspiration, and effective communication to project teams.

Ensure compliance with project plans, maintaining robust reporting and governance.

Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships.

Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and resolving disputes.

Manage client relationships, building long-term trusted partnerships.

You’ll need to have :

Degree in supply chain management, quantity surveying, or commercial management.

Chartered or certified (MRICS, CPM, CIPS, CPSM).

Experience managing large-scale project procurement.

Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.

Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects / programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
