Greet customers and provide information about products and services offered by the company. Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences. Handle customer inquiries both over the phone or in person. Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing policies, delivery times, payment terms, etc. Prepare quotations for customers and follow up on them when necessary. Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary. Maintain records of sales transactions and contact details of customers for future reference. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field. Proven experience as a Salesman or similar role. Knowledge of customer service practices. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
