About the role : Monks is seeking an Account Manager that will be embedded in our client office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, who is a digital‑savvy, a go‑getter and leader who will manage business accounts, lead team members at the intersection of creativity, social and content production.

Responsibilities :

Working as part of our embedded team, you’ll be wearing multiple hats at once as part of a long‑term creative and social media partnership for our client.

You are an incredible relationship builder, dedicated to delivering award winning work for our passionate clients.

You are responsible for managing and growing the clients accounts, working across various streams within it, making sure the work being produced exceeds the client’s expectations.

As an Account Manager at the biggest creative production company on the planet, you are the first point of contact for our clients, who seek Monks for the strategy, creative and production of their creative and social media and digital briefs.

You’ll work side by side with your clients to engage creative and social media streams, content production and data & ad hoc projects from the start, proposing transformational solutions, assessing the feasibility and driving growth and change for your client.

Delivering against monthly and annual targets, you help to grow accounts into a long‑term success for all parties.

You act as a strategic partner throughout who understands the client’s brand and business inside out, developing a roadmap for continued success.

You’ll not just be our client’s go‑to Monk : as an Account Manager you’re responsible for working closely with your Account Director in orchestrating the entire pipeline from inception to final delivery and beyond.

Safeguarding the client relationship and revenue, you will look after and work closely with the Account Director to enable business planning and development to make sure we hit targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for new assignments that add value to all parties.

You will be vital in the support of the account planning, monitoring and management of this account solely.

About you The essentials :

You’ll have experience managing large‑scale social media digital and creative projects.

Experience working in KSA

Our ideal candidate has superb communication and documentation skills, identifies gaps, develops processes, and is comfortable leading by example.

Most importantly, you must have a passion for social media on a personal and professional matter, a desire to continuously be up to speed on the latest trends (social, tech, culture, etc) and aspirations for greatness.

You are a social media‑savvy professional, with experience in social media asset management.

You are a ‘people person’ with a positive attitude and the ability to organise and influence people within & outside the organisation.

Demonstrate industry knowledge and application to business challenges, keeping abreast with industry trends and sharing knowledge with the account team and client.
