- Mentor and support learners to achieve learning objectives and enhance technical skills.
- Work in rotation shifts as per client timelines and business requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
