Job Description : Key Accountabilities
- Promotes the designated products in regular calls to the targeted health care professionals according to the Takeda strategy and action plan.
- Ensures to achieve and surpass his / her sales and market share targets by delivering the requested daily number of high-quality sales visits to the healthcare professionals in his / her target list.
- Ensures to deliver and continuously improve quality calls by rigorously implementing the recommendations from the superior.
- Actively and rigorously implements the sales and marketing strategy and action plans and strictly uses the promotional materials.
- Organizes and conducts product meetings and round tables.
- Continuously reports the activities with sales effectiveness tools.
- Under the supervision of the direct superior, is able to implement KOL plans in his / her territory and make a territory analysis and propose a budget and action plan.

Is eager to and continuously improves the quality of the sales calls by implementing the scientific, product and sales calls trainingRegularly asks for feedback and rigorously implements the coaching recommendations from his / her superiorDoctor group meetings and round tables
Has the required skills to conduct product presentations in group meetings, hospital staff meetings and round tables in his / her territoryHas the skills to organize such meetings and ensure that targeted HCP are present to attend the product presentationsEnsures the attending HCP are visited shortly after the meeting as per company guidelinesKOL management under the supervision of his / her superior
Is able to identify and list the KOL in his / her territoryIs able to develop an appropriate KOL management planWith minimal supervision, is able to implement the agreed upon KOL planEnsures this is done within the Takeda code of conduct and complianceTerritory Management – under the supervision of his / her superior
Is able to make an in-depth analysis of his / her territory comprising value and unit sales of Takeda and competing products, segmentation and targeting, and outcomes of all performed activitiesMajor Challenges
The primary responsibility of the Account Lead remains the achievement of his / her sales and business objectives within the given territory.
Key Decisions Expected
Implements the sales and marketing strategy and action plans and strictly uses the promotional materials provided within the framework defined by the Line Manager and under his supervision.
