Sales Manager – Government Sector

The role focuses on driving ICT and telecom infrastructure opportunities within ministries, authorities, and public sector entities. The candidate is expected to lead the complete activity with the help of the sales department and management. The Sales Manager – Gov. Sector will be reporting to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Saudi government clients, including ministries, agencies, and government-owned companies.
• Identify and pursue ICT infrastructure projects (networks, security, systems, ISP / OSP, IT managed services, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with government entities.
• Lead complex bids and proposals in coordination with presales, technical, and delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement processes (Etimad platform, RFP / RFQ regulations, framework agreements).
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to long-term growth in the government sector.
• Provide market intelligence and insights on public sector initiatives.
• Engage in proactive selling by creating demand and shaping customer needs at very early stages of the sales cycle.
