About the Role
We are looking for a partner-minded, entrepreneurial professional to lead and scale our Quality Assurance (QA) services at UXBERT Labs. This role combines business development, service development, and strategic sales, with a strong focus on expanding revenue and establishing our QA offering across new and existing markets.
This is a high-ownership role with a performance-driven incentive structure, suitable for someone motivated by growth, impact, and financial rewards based on results.
Key Responsibilities :
- 1.Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for QA services.
- Build a strong pipeline across sectors (government, enterprise, startups, e-commerce, retail, etc.).
- Cross-sell QA services to existing UXBERT clients.
- Prepare proposals, lead pitches, and manage the full sales cycle.
- 2. Service Offering Development
- Develop, refine, and maintain the QA services portfolio and brochure.
- Work with technical teams to define service bundles, pricing models, and value propositions.
- Continuously improve sales and marketing materials to support commercial efforts.
- 3. Commercial Enablement
- Support the commercial team with training on QA capabilities and offerings.
- Join client meetings to showcase service value and close deals.
- Create internal resources (presentations, brochures, talking points) to empower the sales pipeline.
- 4. Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Build relationships with industry partners, tech vendors, and ecosystem players.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Explore and establish early partnerships to enhance service adoption.
- 5. Ownership & Strategic Contribution
- Act as a business partner, taking responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape growth strategy for QA services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in QA, software development, tech consulting, or business development in tech.Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the ability to translate technical services into business value.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.Motivated by a performance-based earning model.Benefits
