Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Production Manager to lead and oversee the entire production operations of our modular furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in modular furniture production, a strong leadership mindset, and excellent organizational and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, plan, and supervise the manufacturing process to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
• Oversee daily operations of the factory, ensuring optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product excellence.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas of improvement.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards and Saudi labor laws.
• Recruit, train, and manage factory staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Maintain equipment and infrastructure, scheduling preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Optimize inventory and material usage to reduce waste and costs.
• Ensure factory cleanliness and adherence to 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
