Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Resort Director of Sales to join our luxury resort in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our executive team, you will lead our sales efforts to position our resort as a premier destination in the rapidly growing Saudi Arabian tourism market.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets

Create and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for all sales activities

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, with a focus on luxury travel and tourism in the Middle East

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence

Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Stay abreast of emerging trends in the hospitality industry and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred

7-10 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury resorts

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share in competitive environments

Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern tourism landscape and luxury travel market

Expertise in strategic planning, revenue management, and sales forecasting

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices

Adaptability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment

Willingness to relocate to AlUla, Saudi Arabia

Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
