We are seeking a dedicated and qualified HSE Inspector to join our team on a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must hold SCE registration in Health and Safety and have at least 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental inspection, preferably on infrastructure or construction projects.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations. Monitor construction activities and report unsafe conditions or behaviors. Support the implementation of project-specific HSE plans and initiatives. Ensure that all personnel on site follow the approved safety protocols and use proper PPE. Assist in the investigation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices. Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and safety meetings. Provide HSE inductions and training sessions when required. Work closely with contractors and the project team to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant HSE inspection experience in infrastructure / construction projects. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration in Health and Safety is mandatory. Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards and best practices. Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Saudi nationals are preferred as per project and client requirements.
