Regional Highrise Project Manager

Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Highrise Project Manager to lead and manage our ongoing and upcoming Highrise projects in Saudi Arabia. The employment will be based in our Riyadh Office. Key Responsibilities

• Working as Project Manager for Highrise projects
• You are the main point of contact to the customer
• Accountable for technical planning, forming projects, managing multiple projects, and engineering teams
• Provides strong leadership, technical direction and ensures that team members are continually trained in Formwork systems
• Determines and plans technical solutions for Highrise projects
• Supports the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs
• (economically and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines) from the project design stage to project inception and completion
• Provides analysis and design / price calculations as required and monitors conformance with contractual guidelines
• Project coordination / management regarding projects and daily business
