SRC Special Projects Manager

Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Advisory team at Marsh Advisory. This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The RC Special Projects Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery frameworks. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational resilience and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer) are preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in business continuity, enterprise risk management, or resilience consulting, with a focus on the IMEA region.
• Strong understanding of information security, cybersecurity, and technology risk considerations in resilience planning.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex BCM and DR frameworks within multinational or regulated environments.
