Overview

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at our Renewable Energy facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimize efficiency, maintain safety standards, and deliver production targets in line with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage plant operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, production schedules, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment reliability.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for plant staff.
• Coordinate with senior management on strategy, reporting, and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
