Head of E-commerce

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to meet company revenue and growth targets.
• Manage the daily operations of the company’s website and online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Monitor site performance, user experience, and conversion metrics to continuously improve performance and optimize sales funnels.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and paid media to drive traffic and sales.
• Work with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure the website is visually appealing, functional, and up to date with products, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Handle relationships with third-party platforms, payment gateways, and logistics providers.
• Oversee customer service processes to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience and maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Stay current on emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
