Develops and follows up on marketing material for the University as per the supervisor’s guidance. Assists in monitoring the University's electronic marketing efforts, including supervising website design and maintenance. Coordinates with all DAH schools, centers, and the Alumna office to provide marketing materials for promotional purposes and website content. Manages internal marketing requests, ensuring deadlines are met. Controls marketing campaigns effectively and takes corrective actions to meet objectives. Ensures all marketing materials for DAH schools and centers comply with DAH brand guidelines. Follows the marketing plan for the Continuing Education Department (CED) and analyzes campaign performance to assess effectiveness. Creates an event calendar to represent DAH at events to enhance public awareness and strengthen the university’s brand. Coordinates and attends DAH school meetings to provide marketing support as needed. Ensures high standards of customer service across all functions of DAH schools and centers. Oversees market research to stay updated on market changes and competitiveness. Monitors competitors' marketing activities and identifies opportunities for improvement. Recommends necessary changes and action plans aligned with the university’s vision and future goals. Department :
