Coordinator - Export Logistics

Overview

To manage and streamline the export process, ensuring efficient and compliant transportation of goods to international markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Export Operations : Oversee all activities related to exporting goods, including documentation, shipping, and transportation.
• Ensure Compliance : Ensure that all export activities comply with local and international laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders : Work closely with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Documentation : Prepare and review export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Organize Shipping Schedules : Plan and coordinate shipping schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Resolve Issues : Address any issues related to the export process, such as delays, damages, or lost shipments.
• Maintain Records : Keep detailed records of all export transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.

Education

Degree is preferred.
