The Management Recruitment is currently shortlisting for a Technical Services Director to spearhead the design and delivery of cutting-edge ELV (Extra Low Voltage), ICT, and AV systems across a portfolio of high-end hotels and immersive entertainment destinations for one of our esteemed clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELV and AV design strategy across large-scale hospitality and entertainment developments.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure technical excellence and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring of all technical services.
• Champion value engineering and continuous improvement across all phases of design and delivery.
