Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales, marketing, and communications strategies to achieve revenue goals across all segments (corporate, government, leisure, MICE, F&B, Events).
- Build, guide, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring Hyatt Regency Riyadh is the preferred choice for both business and leisure travelers.
- Drive brand visibility in the market through effective PR, digital, and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s global marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and emerging opportunities, adjusting strategies proactively to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure a balanced and sustainable approach to growth.
Qualifications
Language Skills : Native or fluent professional English (spoken and written).Market Knowledge : Proven experience in the GCC region, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A deep understanding of the local business environment, culture, and evolving tourism landscape is essential.Professional Experience : Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, ideally in an upscale or luxury environment.Education : A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Brand Expertise : Previous experience with leading international hotel brands , with a strong record of delivering commercial results while maintaining brand standards.Personal Attributes :Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Results-oriented, analytical, and highly adaptable to change in a fast-evolving market.Strategic thinker with the ability to combine commercial acumen with brand integrity.Energetic, inspiring, and culturally sensitive, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences.#J-18808-Ljbffr
