Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Customer Service professional located in Jeddah. The individual will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, managing sales processes, and offering product recommendations. Day-to-day tasks also include training new team members, supporting sales management efforts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with both clients and internal teams.
