Key Responsibilities

• Sales Reporting and CRM : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and plans. Utilise CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales leads, and pipeline management.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales and customer satisfaction approach. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
