Summary

The Account Executive (ENT) is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large strategic clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies of 2,000+ employees.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaboration with Sales Development Representatives, and management of inbound prospects.
• Navigate enterprise stakeholders, build champions, generate buy‑in, and close deals with C‑Level decision makers.
• Recognize organizational financial, behavioral structures, and obstacles.
• Maintain Salesforce with up‑to‑date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
