XXXX Job Purpose The Principal Specialist for innovation planning will build innovation programs delivery approaches to ensure meeting the planned schedule, budget and business units’ expectations. Support the innovation team to identify and scout for high-potential partners and startups to develop technological solutions for operational challenges and value creation initiatives. The Principal Specialist will be responsible for maintaining updated records on team progress and incorporating planning tools that allow the team to operate efficiently. He / She will be conducting research on the innovation ecosystem to maximize effectiveness and outreach. Key Accountabilities

Aligning and planning innovation pilot projects with Bussines Units Establish an effective delivery approach to deploy innovation technologies Optimize the innovation process to maximize effectiveness and avoid duplication of initiatives between corporate T&I and Bussines Units Strategize innovation team activities and priorities based on the allocated manpower and budget Support the innovation team to Identify and scout for high-potential partners and startups Maintaining updated records on team progress Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications :

BS degree in the innovation field Minimum Experience :

Over 12 years of experience in innovation planning field Ma’aden High-Performance Competencies

Talent in the field Able to invent and innovate solutions for complex problems. Able to Develop new sustainable processes. Prioritize health and safety processes. Skills

Competencies :

Competent in communication and writing skills, competent in English, Expertise in Minerals processing and Extractive Metallurgy
