Principal - Middle East

We are looking for talented individuals to fill Principal positions in our Dubai, Riyadh, and Bahrain offices.

Responsibilities

As a Principal at Arthur D. Little, you will be recognised by colleagues as a professional authority and act as a guide and mentor for less senior staff. In addition, you will :

• Be recognised in the relevant professional field or industry sector as an accomplished expert and have an extensive network of professional contacts.
• Be a significant contributor to business development, taking lead responsibility for a substantial area of business and / or for one or more key accounts and initiating or steering sales campaigns when appropriate.
• Be the professional leader for at least one important area of the Company's business, developing and applying new consulting methodologies and ensuring their rigour and relevance.
• Consistently contribute to the acquisition of new projects, particularly in the expansion of existing client relationships in our key client teams.
