Job descriptionServe as the primary point of contact for high-value clients. Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Resolve client issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Present product / service features and benefits effectively to clients. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements. Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Mentor and support junior sales representatives. Contribute to sales strategy development and execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in (your industry). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
