Job Description Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies for operations and maintenance services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, landscaping, security, etc.)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government entities, private companies, and industrial clients
Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals in coordination with engineering and estimation teams
Monitor tenders and RFPs, and ensure timely and competitive submissions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management
Job Specification Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the operations & maintenance or facilities management sector
Strong understanding of government contracting and tendering processes
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and proposal management tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
