Site Furniture Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities

Monitor furniture manufacturing processes in factories and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Inspect raw materials (wood types, hinges, paints, accessories) and verify their compliance with quality standards.

Review and approve technical shop drawings for furniture, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design requirements.

Supervise installation and finishing works on site, ensuring quality and compliance with required standards.

Prepare regular inspection reports, document technical remarks, and submit them to the relevant parties (factory or execution team).

Coordinate effectively between the factory, site, and technical office to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outcomes.

Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.

Enforce safety and quality standards throughout manufacturing and installation stages.

Provide technical solutions in case of conflicts or execution challenges.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in furniture manufacturing and installation supervision.

Strong knowledge of shop drawings and ability to review them with accuracy.

Solid understanding of material properties (wood, metals, paints, accessories).

Proven skills in quality control and technical inspection.

Ability to coordinate, manage time effectively, and oversee multiple parties simultaneously.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
